The developer’s 108-apartment canal-side Excelsior Works scheme (pictured above) has a GDV in excess of £30m.

SPF was able to source the funding on highly competitive terms for Mulbury, with the broker’s Manchester team managing the transaction from start to finish, structuring the initial deal and seeing it through the legal process.
